A few years ago when it seemed likely that the former St. Alexander’s Food Pantry was about to close, C.A.R.E.S. of Farmington Hills stepped in to purchase the Food Pantry, thereby making it possible to continue to serve the needs of well over 400 families that have come to depend upon this much needed resource every month. Future gardens on the C.A.R.E.S. Campus will provide produce and products as healthy additions to the existing Food Pantry.
If you are interested in helping with Food Pantry with either food donations or to volunteer you can contact us via our volunteer page. If you wish to contact the Food Pantry directly you may do so at email@example.com. Attention Delores Watter or by phone at 248-202-4911
The recent, welcomed addition of the C.A.R.E.S. Clothing Pantry has been so successful that the inventory has been replenished four times in the past few months, making it possible for many to have the clothing and other goods that they have sorely needed. The future vision will greatly expand the Clothing Pantry. Without food and clothing, no one can have the nourishment and dignity needed to move in the direction of their dreams. C.A.R.E.S. is meeting these imperatives.
